Head of Compliance

As Head of Compliance you will oversee the company’s compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and risk management protocols. This is a critical role in developing a implementing compliance strategies, managing compliance audits and reports, and leading the compliance team.

  • 10 yrs of working experience
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirement and risk management
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliance strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the financial or legal sector is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Finance or related field

Senior Compliance Officer

As Senior Compliance Officer you will ensure regulatory compliance across the organisation, managing compliance processes and conducting thorough analyses. You will maintain regulatory standards and implement best practice within the compliance process.

  • 5 -6 years of working experience
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in related field of expertise

Compliance Manager

As Compliance Manager you will stay up-to-date with current and emerging regulations and ensure our operations comply with all applicable laws and industry standards. You will identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks, developing and implementing strategies to address potential issues.

  •  Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters, ensuring awareness and understanding of relevant regulations.
  • Conduct investigations into potential compliance breaches and prepare reports for management and relevant authorities.
  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance across the organization.
  • Relevant higher education or professional qualifications in compliance, law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a compliance management role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)

As MLRO you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to anti-money laundering compliance, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met. You will be instrumental in monitoring transactions, identifying potential risks and maintaining a robust compliance framework.

  • Will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to anti-money laundering compliance
  • Monitoring transactions and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

  • Anti-money laundering compliance knowledge and experience

Corporate & Trust Administrator

A full-time hybrid mode role for a Corporate and Trust Administrator.

The responsibilities include managing trust and corporate structures, preparing financial statements and providing trust services. The administrator will communicate with clients and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Skills in Finance and Accounting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Familiar with local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Law, Accounting or related field.
